Class A Supervisor
Alex Siegel, M.A.
Alexandra earned a teaching certificate in Germany and received a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Montclair State University. To further expand her knowledge, she obtained a postgraduate ABA certificate from Penn State University. Alexandra has worked extensively with students ages 2-21 in both home and school environments for over 18 years, following her passion to build life, social, and academic skills while nurturing each child's unique talents and interests. She has been at Garden since 2021 and after two years was promoted to Supervisor for Classroom A. Alexandra is a mother of 3 girls and is pursuing her BCBA certification. When she is not at Garden Academy she can be found exploring the world.
Class A2 supervisor
CAitlin chambers, M.ed., BCBA
Caitlin received her Master’s of Special Education with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Rutgers University, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020. Caitlin has worked with individuals with autism from ages 3- to 21-years old in a variety of settings. She has experience with assessment and treatment of problem behavior, skill acquisition, staff training, and caregiver training. Her passions include assessing and treating severe challenging behaviors and skill acquisition of communication skills. Caitlin enjoys volunteering and fostering rescue animals in her free time.
Class B Supervisor
Juliet Ghandour, M.A., BCBA
Juliet joined Garden Academy in 2021 as an instructional paraprofessional, bringing more than eight years of experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Before joining Garden Academy, she worked in homes, schools, and community- based programs, where she gained extensive hands-on experience. While working as an instructional paraprofessional at Garden Academy, Juliet earned her Masters in ABA from Ball State University, completed the supervised fieldwork required for BCBA certification, and became a BCBA in June 2025. She now applies her passion, expertise, and training to help students develop essential skills and increase independence.
Class C Supervisor
Olivia Williams, M.A., BCBA
Olivia is Class C’s Classroom Supervisor. She is a board certified behavior analyst. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Vermont, and my Master’s degree from Capella University. Olivia accrued fieldwork hours and gained professional experience from a variety of settings, including early intervention clinics, in-home therapy clinics, public school districts, and RUCARES Severe Behavior Program at Children’s Specialized Hospital.
Class D Supervisor
Alex Brune, M.A.,BCBA
Alex L. Brune earned his Master’s degree in 2019 from Caldwell University in ABA) has been a BCBA since 2021. While enrolled at Caldwell University, he completed an intensive practicum and an original thesis requirement, under the mentorship of Dr. Kenneth F. Reeve. Alex has 9 years of experience in the field of ABA working with individuals diagnosed with autism and their families in school, home, and community settings. Alex has experience with the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior as well as toileting, feeding, and sleeping interventions. He also has experience training staff and caregivers on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming. His research interests include treatment of severe challenging behavior, stimulus control, teaching daily living skills, and programming for generalization. During his free time he enjoys exercising, skiing, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
