Celebrating Garden Academy Leadership in the Field of Behavior Analysis

We are proud to share that Garden Academy’s Executive Director, Dr. Laura Grow, was invited to contribute to Behavior Analysis in Practice, a leading peer-reviewed journal in our field.

Her article, More Than the Work: Reflections on Building a Sustainable Career in Behavior Analysis, explores resilience, authenticity, and leadership.
